Who we are
TempGo is a free temporary email service available at tempgo.email and other connected domains. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are. It is written for real people, not lawyers.
What we collect
- Inbox data. The temporary email address you create and any messages delivered to it for as long as the timer runs.
- Access logs. IP address, browser user agent, timestamp, and the pages you request. These are used to keep the service running, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
- A session cookie to keep your browser connected to its current inbox.
- No real identity. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or real email address.
How long we keep it
Inboxes and messages are deleted automatically when the timer expires — that's at most 24 hours after creation. Access logs are kept for up to 30 days for security reasons, then deleted on a rolling basis.
How we use it
We use the data only to operate the service: route mail to the right inbox, keep the site running smoothly, and block spam and abuse. We do not sell data. We do not share message content with anyone.
Cookies and analytics
We use a single session cookie necessary for the service to work. If you have accepted analytics, we also record aggregated visit data to understand which pages are used. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Third parties
TempGo may show advertising through Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at google.com/settings/ads.
Your rights
Under GDPR, KVKK, and similar laws you can request access to any data we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask us to delete it, or object to processing. To exercise these rights, email info@tempgo.email with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
Children
TempGo is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
