Temporary email for OTP codes
Use TempGo when a website sends a short verification code to email. The inbox detects common OTP patterns and shows the code clearly above the message content.
Best use cases
It is useful for quick registrations, test accounts, download confirmations and non-critical logins. Avoid temporary email for accounts where losing access would be a serious problem.
Receive one-time codes without exposing your main inbox
For a short, low-risk verification flow, a disposable inbox can keep an OTP message separate from your personal email. Create the address just before starting, copy the full address into the form and leave the TempGo tab open. A code may arrive in seconds, but some senders take a few minutes. Choose a duration that gives the complete verification process enough time.
If nothing arrives, confirm the address before requesting another code. Repeated resend clicks can trigger rate limits or invalidate older messages. TempGo shows email that reaches the active mailbox, while the sending website decides whether to send, delay or reject an OTP. Disposable domains are not accepted by every service.
Use a permanent inbox for any account that needs recovery, payments, personal records or long-term access. Temporary email is suitable for one-off testing and narrow privacy needs. It should not be used to bypass service rules or create accounts that you expect to keep.
