What to include
- A short description of the issue or question.
- If it's a bug, which browser and device you were using.
- If it's about a specific inbox, the address helps us look it up. We won't read the contents unless you ask us to.
Privacy requests
If you want to exercise your rights under GDPR, KVKK, or similar data protection laws — access, deletion, rectification — send your request to info@tempgo.email with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Abuse reports
If someone is using TempGo to target your service or send abusive mail, please contact us with the full headers of the message so we can block the sender.
Press and partnerships
Write to the same address with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line.
What to include in your message
To help us review a report quickly, include the page URL, the temporary email domain involved, the approximate time of the issue and a short explanation of what happened. Please do not send passwords, private documents, payment details or sensitive personal data.
Common reasons to contact us
- A verification email did not arrive for an active inbox.
- A domain appears blocked by a service.
- You found a broken link or incorrect page.
- You noticed a translation that should be improved.
- You have a policy, privacy or security concern.

TempGo is a lightweight web service, so response times may vary. Clear technical reports and policy concerns are prioritized because they help improve the reliability and safety of the site for everyone.
