Three steps
- Open the site. A temporary address is generated for you automatically. If you don't like it, click the refresh icon to get a new one.
- Use it. Copy the address and paste it into any signup form, download page, or verification screen.
- Read your mail. Incoming messages appear on the page within a few seconds. Open, read, copy any codes you need.
How long does the address last?
Each inbox is temporary by design. The default duration is 60 minutes, and you can extend it up to 24 hours. After that, the inbox and all messages are deleted from our servers.
Can I pick my own address?
Yes. Instead of the random name we generate, you can type the prefix you want. Something like yourname@tempgo.email works as long as it isn't already in use at that moment.
Can I keep the same inbox across visits?
If you return to the site from the same browser before the timer runs out, you'll see the same inbox and its contents. If the timer is already past, a fresh inbox is created.
Does it work for verification codes?
Yes. Most sites send verification codes to any valid address and TempGo addresses work the same way. A few large platforms block known disposable domains; if that happens, try a different TempGo domain from the switcher.
Is there a limit?
You can create multiple inboxes back to back. We apply reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse, but a normal person won't hit them in everyday use.
