KVKK notice
This notice explains how TempGo handles personal data under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data controller
TempGo is the data controller for personal data processed through the service. You can reach us at info@tempgo.email.
What we process
TempGo is designed to minimize personal data. We process:
- IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention.
- The temporary email address you create and incoming messages, for as long as the timer runs.
- A session cookie to keep your browser linked to your inbox.
Purpose and legal basis
The processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) and on your explicit consent where required. Data is processed only for the purposes listed here.
How long we keep it
Inbox data is deleted when the inbox expires. Technical logs are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted.
Who we share with
We do not share personal data with third parties except:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under strict contracts.
- Legal authorities, when a valid order requires it.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether personal data about you is being processed, to request a copy, to ask for corrections or deletion, to object to processing, and to request compensation if you suffer damages from unlawful processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@tempgo.email with "KVKK Request" in the subject line. We will reply within 30 days as required by law.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority at kvkk.gov.tr.
