Disposable Email for OTP Codes

Disposable email for OTP codes

TempGo can receive one-time verification emails and highlight common OTP codes for quick copying.

OTP delivery checklist

One-time codes are usually sent quickly, but delivery is not always instant. Keep the temporary inbox open, verify that the copied address is complete and allow a few minutes before requesting a second code. The sender may queue email, limit repeated requests or refuse a disposable domain. TempGo shows messages that arrive at the active mailbox; it does not control the sender's verification system.

Use a short mailbox duration for a simple code and a longer window if the verification flow contains several steps. If a code expires before it arrives, request a fresh code once and use the newest message. Do not click resend repeatedly because some services temporarily block verification after too many attempts. If the website requires account recovery tomorrow, stop and use a permanent email address.

Temporary email is useful for low-risk testing, preview access and one-off verification. It is not appropriate for financial accounts, medical portals, workplace tools, purchases or any profile that stores personal records. Choose the mailbox according to the real risk of losing access.

For a cleaner verification flow, copy the address once and check the newest message timestamp before entering a code. If the service sends several codes, older codes may stop working. Finish the low-risk task while the inbox is active and create a fresh address for an unrelated test.
