My verification email hasn't arrived.
Most codes arrive within a few seconds. If one takes longer, wait a minute and refresh the inbox. Some sending servers add a delay. If nothing shows up after five minutes, the sending site may be blocking disposable domains — try a different TempGo domain from the switcher.
Can I reply to a message?
No. TempGo is receive-only. The inbox is there to read what is sent to it, not to send mail back.
Can I recover an inbox that expired?
No. Once the timer ends, the inbox and its contents are permanently deleted. Make sure you copy any codes or links before the timer runs out.
The address I wanted is taken.
Addresses are unique while active. If someone else is currently using your preferred name, try adding a number or wait a while.
The site or one of the domains is blocked for me.
We rotate several domain names. If one is blocked on your network or by a signup form, pick another from the domain switcher near the inbox address.
I see a message that isn't mine.
This can happen only if someone used the same address before you. Generate a fresh inbox and the view is cleared.
