TempGo Premium — Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable subscribing to TempGo Premium. The policy below explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your first Premium payment if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 7 days of the first payment.
- No prior refund has been issued on this account (one refund per account, lifetime).
- Your usage during Premium remains under reasonable limits — specifically:
- Fewer than 100 mailboxes created.
- Fewer than 500 messages received.
These usage limits exist to keep the service sustainable for paying customers. If your usage exceeds these thresholds during the refund window, the account is considered to have received material value from the subscription.
2. Renewal payments
Subscription renewal payments (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable. Cancel before the next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
3. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the account is automatically blocked from re-subscribing to Premium for 90 days. This block is in place to prevent abuse of the refund system.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first will result in permanent suspension of the account, including all associated mailboxes. Please email us before disputing a charge — most issues can be resolved directly.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@tempgo.email with the subject “Refund Request” from the email address registered on your Premium account. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Please include:
- Your account email
- The approximate date of purchase
- A short reason (optional, but helpful)
6. Exceptions
Refunds outside the conditions above may be considered in good faith for verifiable technical issues that prevented you from using the service. These cases are reviewed individually.
